Commissions
For commissions I normally work from a photo which is either supplied by the client or I take some photos of the potential subject.
We then discuss on what is required, what size painting, what medium to use, when do they want it and anything else that the client may need in the finished product.
In addition to the completed painting I also offer my clients if they would like me to frame the picture for them. Unfortunately, posting paintings with a glazed frame is not practical as the majority of postal services will not post them, understandably, because of the glass and potentially the high risk of injury to their staff. Therefore I can only offer the framing service to my immediate local vicinity.
For a general guide of prices the following may be of help:
A4 size - 21cm x 30cm. .app.8" x 12". From £95.
A3 size - 30 cm x 42 cm. app.12" x 16". From £150.
A2 size - 42 cm x 60 cm. app.17" x 24" . From £225.
A1 size - 59 cm x 84 cm. app. 23" x 33" . From £450.
Please be aware. For you to receive your painting there is normally a 4 - 6 week period before completion.

Please make cheques payable to E.J.Pope.
All cheques must clear before posting paintings.
Unless the commission is done on canvas,your painting will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection against damage.
